Il est ultra fonctionnel, idéal pour des séjours solo ou à 2.En entrant, vous arrivez dans la pièce à vivre avec le canapé lit double, placards/tables/chaises. La cuisine est parfaite (réfrigérateur, plaques électriques, micro-ondes). Enfin, la salle de douche avec meuble vasque, WC et lave-linge.

At a walking distance and immediate vicinity, there are many restaurants / bars / typically Parisian coffee shop, the famous rue Oberkampf and rue de la Roquette which counts among the best caterer and nightlife.



Around the unit, you would enjoy l'Opera Bastille and le Canal Saint-Martin, meters to "La Place des Vosges" and " le Marais". Perfect area for shopping.



Getting Around:

Easy and pleasant to walk around.

This apartment is rented exclusively under a Mobility Lease (Bail mobilité). In accordance with French regulations, a valid qualifying purpose of stay (such as professional activity, studies, or training) is required to be eligible. The contract reflects the same terms and conditions as the platform through which the reservation was made. Supporting documentation is required.
