The apartment is great, extremely well located - particularly for academics interactin with the ENS, or even Jussieu - quiet, opening to a beautiful garden, very conveniently furnished and equipped and the exchanges with the rental agency are efficent and professional. A few points to be aware of: check-in and check-out are quite long, about one hour each. One then receives a very long document with pictures of the property but, strangley, most are from stays of others. Heating is electric and electricity is payed separately from the rent - for colder months it easily can go over 150euros. There is a TV but it’s difficult to use. As a whole, the negatives were very minor and the experience was great !

Latin Quarter GetAway

I stayed in this lovely, quaint, well-equipped and well- situated studio apartment for two months. it's compact yet spacious. There are four large windows so the unit gets lots of light. after a long day of exploring, you can relax in the living area while looking out onto a spacious and well -maintained shared garden space. A mere three minute walk from the unit is a local Franprix (small market). A three minute walk in the other direction there are cafes/bars/restaurants/shops. Place Monge where you will find a metro stop, the outdoor market on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, a pharmacy and more cafes is only five minute walk from the unit. Many local attractions are within walking distance.Diane the Host was professional, polite and quick to respond to any inquiries The check-in/out process was very thourough and well-handled by Alejandro. I hope to return to this corner of the world, this unit next year. Silvia

Paris Perfection

Safe area close to metro, sidewalk cafes as well as grocery shops. Cozy apartment overlooking lovely courtyard. Timely responses from the host regarding our needs and questions. Although the apartment is not hard to find, clear directions from the airport to Place Monge would be very helpful.

Charming 5eme gem

I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment - I was there for two months by myself and it was extremely cozy and comfortable. I had everything I needed to feel right at home - the kitchen was well stocked with tools, there were cleaning supplies, extra blankets, umbrellas, etc. The location is lovely, right next to Rue Mouffetard, where you can do all your grocery shopping, and you are just blocks away from the Pantheon and Luxembourg Gardens. This place was very spacious for me with lots of closet space and would be perfectly comfortable for two people. The interior courtyard is beautiful and well maintained and creates a beautiful view from the apartment. I was sad to leave at the end of my stay!
