マレ地区とサンマルタン運河のすぐ近くには、5つの地下鉄路線と多数のバス路線があり、首都のすべての地点に迅速にアクセスできます。

19世紀初頭からの美しい建物の4階と最後の階に位置するスタジオの表面積は14 m2で、高い天井があります。

2つのサービスルームの会議の結果です。最初のルームには、衛生設備（シャワー、トイレ）、設備の整った簡易キッチン、ダイニングエリアが含まれます。 2番目には、メザニンのラウンジエリア、オフィスエリア、スリーピングエリア（1人）が含まれます。

非常に落ち着いた中庭で西に向かっているスタジオは、2つの窓から隣接する建物の屋根の景色を眺めることができ、素晴らしい光度を楽しめます。

The host Pierre was the best. So helpful to me when i arrived. He went out of his way to ensure i knew my way around the area and assisted me in getting a metro pass for the week. Location was excellent for access to the metro, just around the corner.

Perfect stay for one person

The apartment is located in a nice position, really close to the entrance of the metro. The building has a Parisienne vibe that I really enjoyed and it has all the essentials for a short stay. Pierre is welcoming and friendly. I recommend it :)

Great place to stay

Located in a very convenient location for someone interested in the arts. Although on a busy road the apartment was delightfully QUIET which helped ensure a restful sleep. Best of all the host was exceedingly helpful - never intrusive but willing to offer help. I only understand English and I was grateful for the opportunity to converse with him in English. It was my first trip to Europe and for one person the accommodation offered everything I required. Five Stars!

Bien situé. NB il y a 90 marches à monter à pieds pour s’y rendre avec vos bagages, il faut être en bonne forme.

Madame. En réponse, je rappelle que le descriptif figurant dans mon annonce précise que l'appartement est situé au 4ème et dernier étage. Je vous ai confirmé par mail qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ; vous avez accepté et procédé à votre réservation. Pour faciliter votre installation, je vous ai accueillie dès 9h du matin le jour de votre arrivée et vous ai aidée à monter votre valise. Je me suis mis à votre disposition tout au long de votre séjour. A votre départ, vous m'avez indiqué que vous recommanderiez mon appartement à votre fille quand elle viendrait à Paris. Aussi comprendrez-vous ma déception en découvrant votre appréciation et votre note (3 étoiles seulement). Je vous souhaite de garder un bon souvenir de votre séjour à Paris.

Séjour parfait

Logement parfait pour mon type de séjour. Chambre pour une personne seule cherchant à se loger à prix raisonnable. Station de métro juste à la sortie de l’immeuble. Très calme niveau voisinage. Au 5eme étage sans ascenseur donc il faut un peu d’endurance mais moi ça ne m’a pas dérangée. Bien équipé avec le nécessaire de cuisine ainsi que linge de lit, torchons, serviettes ... Pas de tv mais je n’en n’avais pas besoin. Pierre a été très patient et disponible par rapport à mes horaires d’arrivée et de départ et malgré mes péripéties de transport … j’y retournerai sans hésiter

Séjour professionnel

Très bonne situation, lieu bien desservi pour les transports. Nombreux commerces ouverts tard le soir. Immeuble calme et reposant. Bon accueil.

Aucun problème avec Abritel. Tout a été bien géré. Un petit appartement sympa et calme. quartier hyper branché. Un hôte discret et agréable. Merci pour sa gentillesse. je recommande grandement. N'hésiter pas.
