We will look at that TV to make sure that it is on the correct channels, etc because when one TV works, they should all work. We also appreciate you mentioning the driveway. Townsend offers a peaceful escape, and while Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are a scenic drive away, the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park makes the journey worthwhile. Thank you so much for the input. We will look into adding some additional lighting to the cabin. Sometimes the trees act as a light filtering canopy that keeps some of the natural light out!

We take reviews & preparation of our cabins very seriously so we are always very disappointed when a guest leaves such a scathing review without having ever spoken to us. We did not hear from this guest during their stay. This cabin is in a small log cabin resort. It is not a luxurious resort but it is well taken care of with a really nice swimming pool and pavilion for our guests to use. The cabin is treated monthly for pests but being in the woods does lead to some guests running in to little visitors. If a guests reports a problem to us, we can always get an extra treatment. The cabin is VERY clean. We will check the outdoor furniture but it would surprise me if we missed "lots of mildew". If it is there, we will be sure to clean it or replace cushions if necessary. If we had been given a chance, we would have rectified any complaints that they had. Unfortunately, they didn't leave the cabin very nicely either.
