'Why Not' is a mix of vintage hip decor fun for all ages The condo has everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing stay & no stairs
Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook up those gourmet meals or grill on the outdoor gas grill
Bedrooms are oversized with king beds and smart tvs and luxurious baths
Living room has electric fireplace perfect for those chilly nights
Neighborhood has a beautiful social area to use that includes a salt water pool (opens May 15th), firepit (be sure to pick up some wood), dining area & outdoor fireplace the social spot overlooks the Smoky Mountains...you might get lucky and see some bears too!
Be sure to bring your bicycles trails all around can bike all around town or walk
Condo is 5 mins to The Smoky Mountains entrance & 20 mins to Cades Cove Loop

We liked how quiet it was. Very comfortable stay. Not too far from the national park. And the kitchen supplies and utensils exceeded our expectations! Would definitely stay again.

Great unit. Very clean, had everything thing we needed for a great vacation. Close to the Park, and walking distance to Townsend.

Our stay was awesome. The rental was very very nice and super clean. Loved the location, it was up off the main road and very quiet.The host quickly answered all my question and left us a gift of chips and very good salsa.Our over all experience I would rate a 10 out of 10. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this cute condo in Townsend. From the comfy living room to cozy beds, we were happy to return after a long day hiking and exploring in Great Smoky Mt National Park to relax and unwind. The hosts left thoughtful touches throughout and were great communicators overall. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing location. Perfect setup 2BR/2Bath. Had all the info we needed before we arrived and before we left. Communication was easy and friendly! Overall just a great experience and our favorite part of our week long road trip from WI to 3 locations in TN. Perfect Spot

The condo was in a safe gated complex in beautiful Townsend. It was so cute and cozy and clean. We ran the Smoky Mountains half marathon, saw the Titanic museum, shopped in Pigeon Forge, and toured the Tuckaleechee Caverns. So many fun things to do so close by!

Our Smokey Mountain Getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The home was absolutely beautiful and helped us feel relaxed as soon as we walked in the door. There was everything we needed and more. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to feel right at home after a day of exploring the mountains.

Perfect family time

Property was immaculate and well stocked. Location is great if you’re looking for a peaceful vacation! We had a lot of rain the week we were there which put a damper on our outdoor activities but otherwise it was perfect.

We were blessed to have the opportunity to do just that! 'Why Not' is a mix of hip, vintage decor that throws you back in time. Great opportunity to share some past favs with your kids or grandkids
I am originally from NY and Rick is a Knoxville TN native we both love nature and Townsend is the best place to enjoy that
Hosting is something we truly love! We want nothing more than for our guests to have the best experience when they stay at our properties
