On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a digital television with access to international channels, as well as a direct exit to the patio. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to a dining area, with its own exit to the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level for added convenience.

The ground floor hosts 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and features a private bathroom with bath and WC, a double hand-basin, and a direct exit to the terrace.
