This spacious studio apartment is located in a historic building over 200 years old, recently reconstructed. It is situated just 100 m from the Plaza Mayor, 250 m from the San Miguel Market, and 700 m from the Royal Palace and Puerta del Sol.

This apartment is more than perfect! First of all, I have to mention Rakel, who was available and helpful from the moment we made the reservation until the very end of our stay — for anything we needed! The photos on Booking are absolutely accurate, and we got exactly what we had booked. Cleanliness is top-notch! Comfort as well! The location is excellent, within walking distance of all major attractions, and very safe too! We truly had a wonderful time and highly recommend this apartment, which will surely make your stay in Madrid even better.

A great apartment in the center of Madrid.

The location.The apartment was good,with all the amenities. Loved the door locks. Good bathroom and when you do get the keys for the building and the room,easy access. Staff was patient with me and very good. It was a bit noisy on the streets at past midnight. Place was actually tight in space.

Nos ha parecido un alojamiento céntrico y muy bien situado. Interiormente, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, eso sí, éramos dos personas. El recibimiento es un detallazo que tendrán que descubrir los que elijan este lugar. La cama es muy cómoda y hay almohadas suficientes para poder acomodarnos a nuestro gusto. No se nos ocurre nada que puedan mejorar porque estamos encantados de haberlos elegido.

A localização é fabulosa. Junto à Plaza Maior, estacionámos o carro no Parking sugerido e só voltámos a pegar nele para regressar. Uma rua muito tranquila e uma insonorização do apartamento fantástica. Tem o tamanho e conforto ideal para uns dias a conhecer esta cidade encantadora. Apartamento perfectamente ubicado en el centro de Madrid y no en trato.

Está muy céntrico. Está equipado con lo necesario. El personal es muy agradable y comunicativo proporcionando información sobre el proceso de check in y check out y otros aspectos de la estancia. Nos dejaron detalles para comer y beber durante la estancia. La habitación no está realmente cerrada, solo tiene una pared abierta por ambos lados que la separa del sofá que hay en la zona de “salón”. La “llave” de primer acceso al apartamento es electrónica y puede quedarse sin batería, lo cual nos pareció un poco arriesgado. Llevar siempre las llaves con vosotros cuando salgáis.
