vacation house consists of 2 adjacent units with independent entrance: a
2-room apartment with and an annex. The solution is adjacent to the
other vacation homes in the villa. Of exclusive relevance is the
swimming pool, with the solarium complete with sunbeds and outdoor
shower.
Between the pool and the vacation home is a space equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interior is lovely, furnished and with attention to detail. Access is by electronic card.
The
entrance to the 2-room apartment is into the living room with open
kitchen complete with induction hob, dining room, TV, air conditioning
and 1 double sofa bed. A hallway leads to 1 double bedroom, also air conditioned, and the shower room.
The annex consists of 1 room with double sofa bed + 1 single armchair bed, plus en suite shower room.

Il Giardino dei Gelsi is a large fenced property located in the small town of Caprarica di Lecce, about 10 minutes by car from the city of Lecce.
Caprarica`s
main square and the municipal park with its enclosed baby goats are
just a 300-meter walk away, and all services are within easy reach.
Caprarica is small but very lively in terms of culture and entertainment. The nearest beaches are those of San Foca and Torre dell`Orso, about 15 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 41 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The 4 units of the property are not delimited by a fence.
