3 Bedroom villa located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minutes walk to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars. The villa is fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay





As you enter the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The living room is fully equipped with elegant furnishings & comfortable sofa, widescreen TV with Satellite channels and WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and a kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances needed for your self-catering stay. Guest bathroom can also be found on the ground floor.





Upstairs, you will find the 3 modern bedrooms, all complete with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower and WC, double bed. The main bathroom with shower and WC is also on this floor.





Outside, the spacious garden offers a barbecue area, outside shower, dining area, comfortable seating area, sun-loungers and a large private pool with plenty of sunshine during the day.






An elegant villa in a good location, yet close enough to enjoy a stroll to the beach. The perfect choice for families or groups of friends who are looking for a relaxing and peaceful break.

He studied Economics at Athens University of Economics and Business and then he became a chartered account . He is a Member of the Institute of chartered accountants of England and wales ( icaew) and also he is a Registered and regulated real estate agent in Cyprus .

He is in the Real Estate business for since 2005 and has personally invested in properties in Cyprus and Greece. He is the owner and managing Director of "THE PURPLE GROUP» with 3 different Departments .

1.PURPLE DEVELOPERS LTD is a Developing and construction Company which has completed 2 super luxury project in the heart of Protaras touristic area consisting of 7 villas ( FIG TREE BAY RESIDENCES ) and 4 villas the latest one (GREEN HAVEN RESIDENCES )!

2. PURPLE REAL ESTATE LTD represented by 3 real estate offices in Paphos , Larnaca and Protaras with more than 15 full time employees providing real estate services since 2007!
