Nestled in the quiet village of Sfakaki, just 9 km from the center of Rethymno, this stylishly renovated 120 m² villa is perfect for families, couples, or friends seeking a relaxing getaway. Surrounded by a private garden, it boasts a 24 m² pool, BBQ area, and multiple spots to unwind. The beach is only 500 meters away, offering the option to enjoy both seaside and poolside leisure.

Explore Crete’s History
Centrally located for sightseeing, the villa gives easy access to major attractions like the historic Arkadi Monastery (15 km), Fortezza Castle (8 km), and the Archaeological Museum of Rethymno (8 km). Local eateries, shops, and public transport are nearby, making daily outings simple and enjoyable.

Comfort & Outdoor Fun
The fully air-conditioned interior includes an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with pool views. Upstairs, three cozy bedrooms each have their own private balcony. Outside, guests can enjoy a sundeck, ping-pong and billiards tables, plus a shaded dining area with BBQ. Free WiFi and parking for up to three cars are included—making this villa the perfect blend of comfort, location, and fun.
