This lovely, modern, first-floor, studio apartment is located just off the main street of Lanark a bustling little market town in the Clyde Valley.
The Space:
The freshly decorated apartment has a lovely modern feel and has a light and airy feel. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a small dining area for 2, a shower room And comfortable double bed. There is a flat-screen Smart TV in the living area.
It is located only a few minutes walk from Castlebank Park, which provides access to the beautiful River Clyde and the popular Clyde Walkway. The world heritage site of New Lanark is also only minutes away if you wish to enjoy the breathtaking scenery that the Falls of Clyde has to offer.
The property is located within easy reach of all local amenities with an array of high street and unique independent shops, restaurants and local bars. Lanark train station is also just a short walk from the property.
