This charming 90 m² apartment offers a bright and welcoming space for your stay in this beautiful city. Set on a lively street right across from the iconic São Bento station, the location places you in the very heart of the city’s culture and energy. The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by lift, though a short set of stairs is required to reach it.
Designed with a blend of modern style and comfort, the living area features a cosy spot to sit back and enjoy your favourite shows after a day of city adventures. The dining table invites you to gather for meals, whether it's a casual breakfast or a dinner with local flavours.
The open-concept kitchen creates a friendly space for cooking and connecting. It includes everything you need to prepare meals, including a cooking plate, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and washing machine to make longer stays even easier.
The thoughtfully styled bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, a handy desk for writing or working, a spacious walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom for added convenience.
A service bathroom in the hallway has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
