This bright, stylish apartment features modern décor that creates a warm, inviting atmosphere throughout. The living area offers a comfy sitting space with a double sofa bed and a TV—perfect for cozy movie nights after a day of sightseeing.

The open-concept kitchen is ideal for cooking and conversation. It is equipped with all the essentials—cookware, cutlery, a cooking plate, oven, microwave—and a dining table made for sharing meals and laughter. A washing machine adds convenience for longer stays.

The bedroom is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable queen bed and generous storage space, providing a serene retreat each evening.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Rua de Santo Ildefonso is a lively street in Porto’s historic centre, known for its cobbled pavement, traditional shops, and cosy cafés. At its heart stands the beautiful Igreja de Santo Ildefonso, an 18th-century Baroque church with striking blue-and-white tilework that adds to the neighbourhood's charm. As you stroll through the area, you'll discover artisan boutiques, pastry shops filled with local treats, and quiet corners perfect for taking in the city's atmosphere.

In the evening, the street comes alive with the energy of wine bars and local eateries offering a taste of regional cuisine. Just steps away, the Porto Coliseum often hosts live shows and concerts, while the nearby Bolhão Market is ideal for exploring the flavours and culture of Porto during the day. With easy access to public transport, it's a great place to start your discovery of the city.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, São Bento, is just a 650-meter walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
