This comfy apartment, ideal to enjoy an unforgettable vacation, is the perfect place to get out of the routine.

The apartment has all the comforts you will need during your stay. It is a spacious and bright apartment, in addition to have an amazing balcony to enjoy unbeatable views of Las Canteras.
Our apartment has a contemporary kitchen equipped so that you can cook whenever and however you want.

In the room you will find what you are looking for, perfect to enjoy rest, well-being and disconnection. Fully equipped and furnished, in addition to having good lighting.

Priviledged location in front of Las Canteras beach! In addition to supermarket chains a few meters away.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, capital of the island, is located northeast of it, in a wonderful landscape made up of two bays and two beaches: the Playa de las Canteras and the Playa de las Alcaravaneras.
There is a lot to see and do in Las Palmas. Whether you are staying directly in the city or traveling from another point on the island, you are guaranteed a host of activities to complete your vacation.

Depends what you want

The apartment was nice and great view everything was OK apart from ants in kitchen and fridge and cooker not clean,get kitchen sorted and would not hesitate to come back but at the moment not for me.

Wenig Wasser - viel Wasser

Erstmal positiv: Eine tolle Ausicht vom Balkon und eine sehr gute Austattung, sauer und hell. Negativ: In der 8 Etage war der Wasserdruck sehr gering sodass aus der Dusche sehr wenig Wasser kam und man dafür ewig lange duschen musste, um sich wie gewohnt zu pflegen. Leider hatten wir dann noch einen Wasserschade und eine Pfütze im Flur neben dem Bad. Ansonsten vielleicht noch: Es gibt keine Rezeption und eine Frau stand zum verabredeten Termin vor der Tür. Sie kommte aber kein Deutsch UND kein Englisch. Das war nicht so gut, wir konnten nichts fragen.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the wonderful view from the balcony, as well as the facilities, cleanliness, and brightness of the accommodation. Regarding the water, in the Canary Islands, there is no gas supply, so most homes use electric water heaters ranging from 30 to 50 liters. To ensure enough hot water for everyone, we recommend waiting approximately 10 minutes between showers. And we would like to clarify that, regarding language barriers, our team speaks English and was always available to assist you with anything you needed. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again in the future. Best regards.
