Best View Ever

A truly magnificent view! It takes your breath away when you first arrive, and the effect continues every time you look outside. The hosts have it well-equipped, and they are very responsive and accessible--a delight, really. If a gorgeous water view is your priority, it can’t be beat! Really a beautiful vista.

We waited over 2 years to visit and it was absolutely worth the wait . The host was excellent with communication and both the location and apartment were wonderful. We were met on arrival and had an informative warm welcome The apartment was immaculate with everything we needed we will be booking again soon Thank you to our hosts

Allt Cannes har att erbjuda inom gångavstånd. En balkong med en utsikt som inte går att se sig mätt på.

Great location - standard disappointing

Outstanding terraces with panoramic views but all in shabby condition. One front terrace canopy not usable as motor needing replaced. Air conditioning ineffective. Replacement linen badly stained of poor quality and not used - needed to launder first set myself. Bathroom poor quality. Faults listed not flagged up in HA

Perfektes Domizil in außergewöhnlicher Lage

Die technische Ausstattung ist umfassend. Einziges Manko, wie generell in Frankreich, es werden keine deutschen TV Sender angeboten. Trotz der Nähe der belebten Uferstraße wird der Verkehrslärm durch das Meeresrauschen übertönt. Sehr angenehm ist auch der direkte Zugang per Aufzug von der Wohnung zur Tiefgarage, die direkt von der Uferstraße zu erreichen ist, ein hoch einzuschätzender Vorteil bei der schwierigen Parksituation in Cannes. Die phantastische Aussicht von der Terrasse und die zentrale Lage machen das Objekt zu einem idealen Domizil für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce - calme absolu - vue mer magnifique ainsi à l'arrière sur le quartier du Suquet depuis la cuisine et la chambre à coucher - la propriétaire est très disponible et réactive - un gardien présent et attentif - le box fermé et l'accès direct à la plage direct sont un plus indéniable ! Bref, un super séjour sans contraintes

L'appartement est vraiment bien placé à Cannes. Il est très bien équipé et la terrasse offre une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le garage fermé est vraiment très pratique. L’accueil des propriétaires était très sympa, nous recommandons cet appartement. Nicolas C.

Great place in Cannes.

Go buy a pack of espresso coffee so you can use the Saeco espresso machine of the owner Robert for a perfect wake up: sitting on the enormous terrace overlooking the Cannes Bay (all the way up to Theoule), sip your espresso and have breakfast with the best views ever. Even the back terrace is fantastic, from there you will see the Suquet watchtower. The apartment conforms to the pictures shown, itis located on the 7th and top floor of a charming older building. The apartment has its own garage box (accessible from the seaside, which also serves as an 'underground' entrance). With air conditioning and wifi, this apartment has everything you need to make your stay in Cannes fantastic. You hear and see the bustling Cannes, but it is never disturbing on the 7th floor. The elevator can be a bit slow, but it's an older building and you should not be in a rush while on holiday anyway. Very recommendable place to rent. Owners Robert and Christine will do every effort to help and communicate.

Vue remarquable, grand confort, près de tout.

Ce fut un séjour extrêmement agréable et apaisant; nous étions à 5 minutes à pied du marché Fortville, ce qui nous a permis de nous approvisionner quotidiennement en produits frais du terroir.Plusieurs salles de cinéma étaient à quelques minutes à pied et puis surtout surtout nous avons bénéficié de cette vue absolument féérique de toute la baie de Cannes en surplomb. A recommander.
