12m2の南に面したテラスとEsterel山脈のLérins諸島の素晴らしい180度の景色を望む海辺の素敵な2部屋。 全客室からテラスを見渡せます。 建物は2つの入り口、通りの側面と海の側面を持っています。 アパートは通り側の入り口から1階にあり、海側の入り口から4階にあります。 それは完全に海側を志向しています。
市内中心部に位置し、旧港とSuquet（歴史地区）まで徒歩5分、Palais des Festivals、Croisette、Forville市場、ショッピング街まで10分です。 通り、ビーチ、近くに多くのレストランがあります。 ビーチに非常に近いので、休暇に最適です。居住地から海にアクセスするだけです。 カンヌのマリンバス（タラソテラピー）は100メートル。

Amazing views. Nice little apartment.

The location and view from the apartment are amazing. Unobstructed, close up, views of the beach and a few minutes stroll to the old city and the Palais. The owners were really communicative and helpful.The apartment is a bit smaller than it looks in the pictures and getting closer to needing some renovations but nothing major. Overall a great stay and we would very much recommend it.

Incredible location, view, and accommodation

The pictures and description are exactly like described. Walking distance to all of Cannes activities, restaurants, shops, and literally right across the street from the beach with great beach clubs for daily use.

Beautiful Property and View!

The property was incredibly clean and the view was outstanding! Easy beach access and a very easy walk to restaurants, shopping and the Palais for the Cannes Lions festival. Owner was super communicative and everything was great!

Stunning views and just steps to the beach. Lovely updated one bedroom apartment with balcony access from living room & bedroom. Well equipped, including washing machine (& drying rack on balcony), wi-fi & coffee maker options. There was a beach umbrella in the balcony storage closet, but we spent most days at Belle Plage on the beach just a little west down the street & rented chaises with umbrellas for 30 each/day (this was for front line…but lines 2-4 were less expensive options). I recommend making reservations. The apartment does not include beach towels, so we brought our own. The hosts Pierre and Ruth provided great communication and Yolande was so kind. Definitely recommend this amazing apartment in Cannes!

Location

What a view from the balcony, close to good restaurants one step away from the beach. The bed is comfortable. If you have a car, the parking is sometimes hard to find especially during night events. There are 2 parkings available for overnight with walking distance. Overall we had a good experience

Thank you for your appreciation. It is true that parking is sometimes problematic in high season in Cannes. Longterm packages can be booked in car parks via the Internet, but in high season it is prudent to book in advance.

Perfect!

We have rented quite a few apartments on the Côte d'Azur and this was the best! It is beautifully decorated, has all the equipment you need and everything is in good and working order. It is perfectly located, across the street from the beaches, and still just a few minutes walk from the center of Cannes. And the 180 degree view over the sea from the spacey terrace is just wonderful! We had all out meals there. Thanks Ruth & Pierre for letting us spend two weeks here! I hope we can return!

Location location

Easy access to the beach and unbeatable view. All was as advertised. Everything worked. Kitchen pretty well equipped. Comfortable bed. Good air on.Nespresso machine instead of coffeemaker was ok. Thanks for providing basics like all soaps, detergents, and condiments. Only wish was for a lounger on the patio, and a beach towel - but the beach offering has all of this.

A week a Cannes

We were three adults, we spent a beautiful week. The house clean and complete with every service. The view from the terrace is fantastic and unforgettable! The only small aspect to improve is the sofa bed, it's a double bed, but the mattress can be fine for children, but it's a bit thin for an adult. In any case, we adapted. There is no private parking but there is space to load and unload the car from the luggage. Absolutely recommended.

Well situated apartment in the heart of the beach zone in Cannes

We enjoyed our stay in Cannes. Pros and cons. Pros: The view was top rate. Right out towards the ocean with no obstructions. The internet was very strong. I held two video calls and it was a bonus to have a solid internet connection. Water pressure was very nice. It may be a small thing, but having traveled extensively in Europe, not all places have great water pressure. In fact, we had to understand how high to turn on the shower water as the first time we used the shower, the pressure sent water across the room. Kitchen was well appointed, with plenty of condiments available. The tile on the floors and walls were nice. The bed was comfortable. It was a nice touch to have electrical plug in converters provided. Cons There were no English instructions on how to use the stove. We pushed every button on the stove, but could not turn it on. As a result, we were unable to use the stove. The property manager was off for our first two days, so we could not ask her. It would be nice to have ice cube trays. We improvised by filling plastic leftover dishes with water to make ice. We were not involved in the Film Festival, yet agreed to the Festival week price of roughly double, the normal rate. Our choice. The consumables were lacking. We had one roll of paper towels and one and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for our 6 day stay. At a 2x rate per night, having to go out and buy our own TP was a bit frustrating. Parking near the property is non-existent and also frustrating.

We thank you for your comments and have taken note of them. In the message we sent you when you made your reservation, we told you that if you had a special request during your stay, you should not hesitate to contact the caretaker of the building (who is not present on Sundays and public holidays). She would have gladly provided you with additional consumables (toilet paper and household paper) as well as explanations for how to use the oven. The user guides for household appliances including the oven (in 8 languages including English) can be found in a drawer in the kitchen. Following your remark, we placed an ice cube tray in the freezer part of the fridge. Regarding parking, there are several car parks a few hundred meters from the residence. But during the film festival period there are many traffic restrictions in the city and the parking lots are very busy. We hope you had a pleasant stay in Cannes.

Très bon apparemment, pas mal le meilleur emplacement dans la ville. Les instructions de check-in et check-out sont claires, merci à Pierre. La vue est magnifique, c'est mieux que sur les photos publiées.La douche est très mal conçue en partant, en plus, ça devient usée, donc ce point est à améliorer.En résumé, j'y reviendrai.

Nous regrettons que vous n'ayez pas apprécié votre séjour dans notre appartement mais sommes surpris par vos remarques très négatives et la note extrême accordée. Nous louons en effet notre logement depuis une dizaine d'années et n'avons eu que de bonnes appréciations à ce jour, aussi bien concernant la propreté que les autres domaines. L'appartement est toujours préparé de la même façon et par la même personne avant chaque location.

Appartement bien situé ou l’on peut tout faire à pied.Pas de garage mais des abonnements possibles dans les parkings qui sont proches à des prix raisonnables.A l’arrivée on peut décharger les bagages dans la cour, ce qui est pratique.

Un emplacement idéal

L'appartement est situé juste en face de la plage avec une vue panoramique sur la mer. Comme il est légèrement en retrait par rapport aux 1ers étages, on ne subit pas trop le bruit de la circulation. Les prestations sont très correctes, la clim est un réel plus en haute saison.
