Enjoy a peaceful stay in this colourful property. Ideally located close to Man United's Old Trafford football ground, Emirates cricket ground and Victoria warehouse. Trafford Bar tram stop takes you straight to city centre and routes all around Manchester. The property furnished to the highest standard for a comfortable stay. Free parking which is an unusual find for Manchester.
The house is large and spacious and full of character and original Victorian features and stained glass. There are 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a sitting room, dining room and conservatory. The kitchen has a 5 ring double cooker, centre workspace and breakfast bar which leads into the conservatory that overlooks a well kept garden with a lawn, Palm and Bamboo trees. The garden has private access directly into Victoria Park, an awarding winning local neighbourhood park that has 2 playgrounds, tennis and football courts, a cafe and tranquility garden.
The property is furnished to the highest standard for a comfortable stay. There is additional free driveway and street parking which is an unusual find for Manchester.
Wi-fi is available throughout the house and there is a washing machine you can use in the cellar.
As well as being close to the Trafford Centre and Old Trafford, the house is only a 15 min drive or tram journey to Manchester City Centre. Stretford Mall is a few mins walk away, and very handy for local bars, food, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy etc.
Guests have access to the whole property. Access codes will be provided before your check in.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide anyassistance my guests may need.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
Mid stay cleaning is available, please enquiry for prices and book at leat 24 hours in advance. Please note if you stay for longer than 1 month we would request at least one clean per month.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
