On the ground floor the villa has an additional small sitting room with a sofa-bed, and a bathroom / cloakroom with shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, standing fridge/freezer, and microwave. There is a door that opens to a covered and shaded area with table and chairs.

There is also well-proportioned open plan living room and dining area, which opens out onto the garden and barbecue area. The nature reserve is a favourite for walkers, runners, cyclists and for birdwatchers. The world class sports facilities in Vila Real Santo António are regularly used by training athletes who train throughout the year.
