Located approximately 250 meters from the coast, this dwelling, spread over two levels, offers spacious and bright spaces, a modern design, and a series of amenities designed to meet every need.

At the entrance, the stylishly furnished front patio welcomes guests with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or simply relaxing, the patio is equipped with a table and small sofas. For added convenience, a private parking space is available.
