La Villa Lorenzo by PriorityVillas (tourist licence ETV/24000) is an ideal family retreat that combines spaciousness, privacy and a privileged location.
The spacious outdoor area features a large swimming pool with comfortable circular steps and a nearby outdoor shower. The little ones will enjoy their own play area on the lawn. The covered terrace offers a generous space to relax or enjoy outdoor meals, while the barbecue area is equipped with comfortable dining areas both inside and outside.
The interior of the villa stands out for its luminosity and open design, with an integrated living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor, four bedrooms are distributed: three of them have a double bed, two have an en-suite bathroom and the third has a separate bathroom located in the corridor. In addition, there is a children's bedroom with four single beds and a private bathroom, as well as a small study ideal for working or studying. Some bedrooms have access to a sunny balcony with impressive views of the Mallorcan landscape.
For families with young children, cots and high chairs are available upon request.
Villa Lorenzo by PriorityVillas is located in a quiet area between Manacor and the charming port of Portocristo. For shopping or walks, both locations can be easily reached by car. Additionally, the famous "Calas de Mallorca", with its beaches that succeed each other like pearls along the east coast, are just 10 minutes by car. You can choose between urban or natural beaches, such as the beautiful Cala Varques.
The villa is also very close to the prestigious Rafa Nadal Academy and the Rafa Nadal Museum, a must-visit for sports lovers and tennis history enthusiasts. Additionally, the centre of Manacor offers a varied gastronomic, cultural, and commercial offering that completes an authentic Mallorcan experience.

This property is located in a residential area, so only families or groups of responsible people seeking tranquillity will be accepted. Reservations for groups of young people (under 25 years old) or bachelor/bachelorette parties will not be accepted. In the event of non-compliance, the reservation may be cancelled, even upon arrival or during the stay, without the right to a refund.
House rules:
Smoking is prohibited inside the dwelling. Smoking is only permitted in outdoor areas, ensuring that cigarette butts are not left on the ground.
Maintain order and cleanliness at all times.
Each guest must separate and dispose of their rubbish in the recycling bins or at the Ecopark in Manacor. It is not permitted to leave rubbish inside the property; otherwise, a surcharge of €150 will be applied.
Use air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Switch off the systems when not in use or when leaving the house, and keep doors and windows closed to maintain the interior temperature.
It is not permitted to organise parties or events on the property. If they wish to receive visitors, they must do so in moderation and always respecting the rules of coexistence.
