Harbor Village is right across from the marina with walking trails located right off the neighborhood. Two minutes from downtown Garden City and 15 minutes from the Idaho and Utah State run beaches. Only 15 minutes from Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Seasonal Pool and Tennis courts as well.

Jogging/walking trail is right out in front of the neighborhood, with close access to downtown Garden City. Marina is across the street. Overflow parking for additional vehicles or trailers.
