A small city that packs a big punch, Exeter is one of the most vibrant, attractive and historically interesting cities in England.

Pre-dating the arrival of the Romans in AD 50, Exeter’s history is rich and long. This is reflected in its fascinating visitor attractions including its unique Underground Passages, free Red Coat Guided Tours, magnificent Cathedral, imposing Roman wall and beautiful Quayside. Exeter is also home to the award-winning Royal Albert Memorial Museum where visitors can explore the city’s 2,000-year history under one roof!

The property is located on a quiet residential street just 10 minutes walk from the city centre, with its array of shops, restaurant and bars. You are also close to the river Exe - the perfect spot for a morning stroll, or a boat trip.



Getting Around:

Being so centrally located, most of Exeter and it's numerous attractions are within walking distance from the property. Exeter St Thomas Train Station is just 10 minutes walk away, and the motorway is just 5 minutes drive from the property.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
