良かった点 : 清潔度、掲載情報の正確さ
I freaked out a bit because it was 2 days before my arrival and they had not yet sent me any information on how to check in. My fault, I was supposed to send them information first. They sent that in an email to me 2 months ago and did not send a reminder email. But still, I should've remembered. I did get it all sorted it out the day before and met a rep at the house who gave me the keys and a quick run through. The place is nice and spacious, but it has seen better times. There are many scuff marks and you can tell the place is not well kept. It is also below level, so one story underground which gives you the private patio. I think that's also what contributes to the musty, moldy smell in the bedrooms; the water vapor from the showers have no proper way of ventilating and just sits there. They do have a dehumidifier in the hallway, but it doesn't help much. The larger shower in the place does not have a proper door, so the first time I used it, water dripped out onto the floor. During subsequent uses, I tried to be careful to point the shower towards the wall, but inevitably, water leaked out. They also had a lot of little flies, gnats? They weren't too bothersome, but they were always flying around. Location is good, only 15 minute walk to town, which you'll have to do because the public transport is not convenient to this location. By the time you walk to the station/stop, you might as well have walked to Old Town.
