The Space
Lullaby Apartment artfully combines historic elegance—like original painted ceilings and traditional tile flooring—with modern amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and a rejuvenating massage shower.
Every corner reflects the taste of refined design and the craftsmanship of local artisans, with designer furniture and thoughtful lighting choices. The apartment is located on the third floor of a historic building (no elevator) in Via della Ninna—Florence’s uniquely named "Lullaby Street".
The 70 m² layout features:
1 double bedroom
A spacious and light-filled living and dining area with a sofa bed (sleeps 1)
1 ensuite bathroom with shower
1 additional half bathroom
A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine
Perfect for travelers who appreciate timeless style, architectural details, and the blend of old and new.
Guest Access
Check-in: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
We operate without a reception, so please confirm your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
Late check-in must be requested and approved 24 hours before arrival and carries an extra cost:
12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)
7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: €25
8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: €35
10:00 PM – Midnight: €45
No check-ins after midnight unless prearranged.

The listing identified numerous amenity items that we considered when booking that ended up not being present. After informing management agency of the discrepancies, they quickly deflected all blame saying it’s not their issue. Specifics: No washer or laundry facilities as shown in listing. No double pull out sofa bed as shown in listing. No full bath as shown in listing (toilet in 1 bathroom broken/unusable). I’ve requested they consider some compensation, but they are reluctant to offer any kind of assistance. A great location, if you don’t need the amenities they advertise, this is a decent option.
