If you're looking for the perfect mountain getaway, our Maison in the center of Valtournenche is the ideal place for you. Surrounded by the unspoiled beauty of the Cervino Valley, our location offers a unique combination of comfort and tradition, with breathtaking views of the alpine landscape.

Our cozy Maison is just a short walk from the area's natural wonders, making it perfect for mountain lovers, both in summer and winter.

What makes us unique? In addition to our prime location, we are committed to offering you an unforgettable experience. We welcome every guest with warmth and care, and are happy to recommend the best local activities — from skiing on the Matterhorn to summer hikes along alpine trails, not to mention local food experiences.

The apartment, with a charming view of the valley, was completely renovated in November 2014 and includes free Wi-Fi. During the winter season, central heating is on 24/7.
It is a spacious and very bright apartment, centrally located, welcoming and functional — perfect for families or groups of friends.

Just a short distance away, you'll find shops, bars, restaurants, a library, and a sports center with a swimming pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and a climbing wall.

Right outside the house, there is a bus stop for the local line (with direct connections to Milan and Turin), a free ski bus to the ski lifts (about 1 km away), and a large free public parking lot.

My family and I (wife and two teenage daughters) stayed at this lovey accommodation for a week in February half term. The location in Valtournenche is perfect, with free parking in a large public car park just a 50 meter walk. The apartment was perfect and had all the amenities that were needed. The view from the rear veranda was fantastic. The open plan living space (kitchen, dinner and lounge) worked really well. The two bedrooms and bathroom are off this space (which can be separated by a large sliding door if required). We skied at Valtournenche and Cervinia. We had our own car so did not use the busses (but they ran very regularly from just across the road (approximately every 20 minutes). The drive to the Valtournenche ski lift was less than five minutes and took about 10 minutes to Cervinia. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend it. Excellent communications with Riccardo and Stefania which made the booking process very easy. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely book again if I return to the area.

Super 2 bedroom apartment - very well located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The property was nice and clean. It has great views, and is well located next door to ski hire and small supermarket. Parking over the road was easy, but regular ski bus is available if you don't have a car. We have already booked for next year!

Apartment Valtournenche, Via Roma 13.

Arriving at the apartment we found it spacious, clean, modern and bright. We did not like the fact not knowing we had to sleep under blankets and not being able to open the bedroom window during the night because of the on going traffic noice.

Wonderful stay, great location

We spent one month in Dimitri and Francesca's beautiful apartment. We loved the space, the area -- and our hosts. Let's start with the space. It may not be obvious from the photos, but from the living room there is a gorgeous view of the mountain. The living room also has a balcony that makes you feel you are part of the landscape. The apartment is newly renovated with well-appointed modern fixtures, but it feels warm thanks to all the wood. The bathroom is pleasant and functional, and the bedrooms are spacious. Windows in every room supplied plenty of natural light and fresh mountain air. We came to Valtournenche for hiking, and this apartment was a wonderful base. Right from the house, you can go on hikes that give you as much elevation as you can handle. Then if you drive the ten minutes to Cheneil, you are spoiled for choice with all the "beccas" (Aran, Trecare, Nanaz) and Tournalin. Finally, the Avic area is a short drive away and well worth exploring for a day. The apartment's location within Valtournenche is outstanding: a small but very well-stocked grocery store is next door, as well as the town's mountain gear shop. The pharmacy is across the street, and it is a one-minute walk from a parking lot. From our first messages to the end of our stay, Francesca and Dimitri were delightful and generous hosts. Besides going out of their way to ensure we lacked for nothing and giving us much-appreciated orientation, they were a source of fun and stimulating conversations. We've stayed in many holiday homes. For various reasons, this will stay in our memory as one of our favorites. Thank you Dimitri and Francesca!

Hyggelig opphold i flott leilighet.

Vi likte oss godt i Valtournenche, og når vi fant ut av buss-systemet så ble det veldig bra. Vi ringte det lokale turistkontoret og fikk info om skibussen og lokale busser. Skibussen gikk ikke mandag i påsken, og det visste ingen og ikke at den gikk til gondolen resten av uka. Leiligheten er veldig fin med alt utstyr man trenger. Litt kaldt med kun laken og tepper, det er ikke dyner. Men ellers bra. God service under oppholdet.

Casa molto confortevole

La casa, in posizione molto centrale e comodissima al parcheggio, è molto accogliente e funzionale. È fornita di ogni comodità, i letti sono comodi (a parte il quinto letto che è per schiene solide), il bagno spazionso, la cucina è ben equipaggiata di pentole e stoviglie, il tavolo è una favola. Sotto casa c’è un micro emporio con un po’ di tutto, decisamente economico per essere una località turistica di montagna. Servizi di trasporto pubblico e navette varie a pochi metri ti impediscono di impigrirti. Dunque 5 ⭐️ meritate.

Sentirsi a casa

Fin dal primo contatto Dimitri si è dimostrato molto cordiale e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie. Al nostro arrivo Francesca ci ha accolto con calore dandoci utili consigli per il nostro soggiorno. L'appartamento è perfetto sotto tutti i punti di vista: pulito, spazioso, ben attrezzato, in posizione strategica e comodo a tutti i servizi. Che dire della splendida Valtournenche e dei suoi abitanti..... Difficilmente in vacanza ci è successo di sentirci non ospiti ma amici!!! Arrivederci!

Vacanza davvero piacevole... L'appartamento, dotato di ogni comfort era pulito e perfettamente in ordine, come da fotografie. Arredi ed elettrodomestici nuovi, stoviglie e accessori cucina completi. Bagno e camere perfetti e spaziosi! Inoltre la disponibilità e cortesia di Francesca (la proprietaria) hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a Valtournenche ancora più gradevole! Torneremo sicuramente..
