Great stay!

Enjoyed staying at the apartment, well located for ski-in/out. Nice view of Matterhorn and the slope so easy to check when the chairlifts are running!

The owners were very responsive from initial enquiries to checking out. It’s hard to find 2 bed properties in Cervinia that are spacious. This was a rare find with fabulous views. Genuine ski in/out via the lower end of a red run, for us the location was perfect. It is at the top end of a steep hill. Roughly 20 mins walk downhill to lots of restaurants and bars. There are a view 5 mins from the apartment. We walked in and back every evening but the walk back up isn’t for the faint hearted, mainly because of the altitude. There are taxis if you plan ahead, or simply drive in. The owners recommendations for ski hire and restaurants was spot on and overall we had a fantastic week.

A great place to stay in Cervinia. Well furnished and spacious for a 2 bed apartment on the slopes. Slope access superb. Great individual boot room with boot warmers. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need to cook full meals.Would love to stay again. Only improvement I could think of is wifi so could make more of the huge TV in the lounge. Daniele who deals. With the keys etc was super friendly.

Great Family Trip

We had a lovely time in Cervinia, the apartment has 2 good size bedrooms and comfy living room. The balcony has a fabulous view of the Matterhorn. The apartment is very convenient for the slopes with just a short walk to the piste and then short ski down to the main lifts. Thanks to the 3 families for a great stay. Jes was always very quick answering any questions we had.

We had a very nice stay. With 4 big children a nice place to stay in this great ski area. It’s the perfect location for ski in ski out…and a great balcony, beautiful view of the mountains…with music from the bar of the hotel down under the house. Two things we think could be better: the dinner corner is with high metal seats not really comfy..the WIFi is something we missed as there’s a modern tv but we couldn’t use it…It quite high in the village. For skiers a great place to stay for non skiers it’s quite a steep walk up from town and supermarket.

Nice apartment at excellent ski-in ski-out location

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and hope to be back some day. As it is located uphill from the village , it's been quite a challenge to go on foot after dinning or grocery shopping. Although, there are a few very good restaurants near the apartment. It's convenient to have a car, especially that there is a garage at the building.

Fabulous, clean, modern and well equipped apartment

The '3 families' apartment is very comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 to stay. The decor is bright and contemporary and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need for a week away. Jes, the owner we were in touch with was very helpful and responsive and happy to quickly resolve any issues or questions we had. Definitely recommend to other families. :)

Fantastic ski in/out apartment

As a family of 4 we had a great stay in this apartment from 17-24 Dec 2022. Main apartment benefits for us included - underground garage parking - secure, spacious and private ski locker with boot drier - easy ski out in the morning down to the Cretaz lift - easy walk to "The Pub" for some apres-ski drinks - comfortable beds with lots of storage space - well stocked kitchen inc microwave/dishwasher - relaxing lounge space where we could all sit at the end of the day - Very good communication with hosts and a efficient check-in process I would return when skiing in Cervinia and highly recommend.

No Wi-Fi.TV no good really, no sockets close by and couldn’t connect phones or laptop.Some of the bedding particularly unclean, pillows with stains.No toaster.Generally ok but nothing premium about it, very expensive for average offering.Garage and boot room very good.Ski in and out very good.

Wir haben die Wohnung in einem gepflegten, und sauberen Zustand vorgefunden. Hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit den Wohnungsbesitzern. Sie haben immer prompt auf unsere Anfragen reagiert.Unsere Gruppe bestand aus vier Rentnern im Alter von 64 bis 67 Jahren. Die Möbel im Wohn- und Esszimmer sind eher auf die junge Generation abgestimmt. Esstisch und Stühle bieten Platz für maximal 4 Personen. Bei einer Belegung der Wohnung mit 6 Personen ist ein gemeinsames Essen ausgeschlossen.Bei der Küchenausstattung haben wir zumindest einen Kaffeefilter oder aber eine Kaffeemaschine vermisst. Backofen und Backblech fanden wir in einem sehr schmutzigen Zustand vor.Ich bitte die erwähnten Punkte nicht als bedingungslose Kritik, sondern eher als Raum für Verbesserungen anzusehen.Alles in allem haben wir uns im Skiort und der Wohnanlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir lieben das Skigebiet und die Pistennähe sehr, und würden uns jederzeit wieder für einen Urlaub in Cervinia entscheiden.Mit freundlichen GrüßenHans Buchberger

Fijn en comfortabel appartement aan de piste

Ruim en modern appartement. Fijn dat er een privé parkeerplek was in de parkeergarage. En een ruime ski locker met schoen verwarming. Super om meteen de piste op te kunnen skiien vanuit het appartementengebouw. We hebben heerlijk geskied in het Italiaanse deel. Niet druk ondanks hoogseizoen (periode van nieuwjaar). De verbinding naar het Zwitserse deel was wel vaak dicht vanwege weersomstandigheden. Vooraf zeer prettig en snel contact met de eigenaar van het appartement. Het contact met Vrbo over technische problemen verliep moeizaam, maar na contact met de eigenaar is dit opgelost. Voor boodschappen doen is het aan te raden een stukje met de auto te rijden (vooral voor de terugweg ;-) )

Ski Visit 2020

Really nice little chalet. Good living space. A little way above town right next to the slopes with a few good nearby hotels, bars and restaurants if you can't be bothered to walk or taxi down to town. Mon Reve was our favourite for relaxed aprés beers (go to town if you want to go large). Town is only a short walk but we got quite a few offers of lifts from the local hotel shuttles etc. Great view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. Snow was great during the first week of Feb.

Modern, ski-in ski-out with great responsive owner

Really enjoyed my stay in this modern ski-in / ski-out property on the hill in Cervinia. The apartment had two generously-sized bedrooms with plenty of storage for longer stays as well as being equipped exactly according to the itinerary provided. Whenever we needed to get in touch with the owner, they were super-helpful and responsive, despite the distance, so I felt confident that if there was a problem, there would be a solution. Overall, a lovely stay with a lovely view every day!

Fantastisk sted

Det er et fantastisk sted at bo med en vidunderlig udsigt til Matterhorn. Området er dejlig at gå ture i med mange forskilde ture. Der er mulig at stå på ski både om sommer og vinter.

Lovely ski-in-ski-out apartment

We loved our stay at the three families apartment. It has all the things you need in the kitchen to cook up a meal, very comfortable beds and lounge area. It is spotlessly clean. It is in a perfect location to ski in and out onto No 3 piste. There are restaurants nearby, definitely treat yourself with a dinner at La Bricole! Jes is a great host. Very easy to contact and always answers straight away. So happy we found this gem for our holiday.

Perfectly located apartment.

This was our second visit to the apartment. The apartment has excellent kitchen facillities and is very suitable for the 6 people that we were. It is perfectly located and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable (garage, lift, ski in and ski out, ski room, boot heater etc. Our best recommendations.

Very nice appartment

The appartment is right on the slopes, very nice, modern,, with a well equiped kitchen, and is large enough for 5-6 people. The owners are very attentive. The view on the mountains is impressive. We had so much snow that it was climb-in climb-out rather than ski-in ski-out but that was an additional perk. Some very nice restaurants are nearby. It is worthwhile to pay good attention to the driving instructions (or follow directions to the hotel Principe delle Nevi, which is next door) in case you arrive in dense fog. The parking garage is large enough for a Volvo XC 90 with a ski box on the roof. All in all, very enjoyable, we certainly recommend this place.

Great apartment for ski holiday

Well equipped apartment with plenty space and ski in/ski out. Comfortable lounge area and great balcony with view of Matterhorn and afternoon sunshine. Apartment is up the hill from town but it’s a 20 minute or so walk down the road. Bars and restaurants (plus other hotels/apartments) next to flat. Easy check in/check out and swift contact from owner for any questions. Cervinia itself is a great ski resort and the area pass into Zermatt results in a huge variety of skiing. All in all, good trip and would happily return again to Cervinia and to this apartment.
