Villa Luanda located in Cala Tarida offers 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a fantastic swimming pool and it can accommodate up to 8 people.
This wonderful property enjoys an outdoor area of 2.000m² completely fenced, the beautiful single-storey house of 150m² offers fantastic views over the countryside, the sea and the islands of Bledas and S’Esparta, giving their guests complete privacy and intimacy.

As you enter the property you will soon be welcomed by its unique style, modern but warm at the same time.
The interiors are furnished with high quality materials all in soft colors with splashes of lively colors throughout the whole villa making this beautiful estate even more unique.
The living room offers a dining area for up to 8 guests, featuring Sat-TV and direct access to the pool terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, large and hairy will make your homemade meals even more easy to cook.
The bedrooms are set as follows:
1 double bedroom, with a queen size bed and a complete bathroom with shower en-suite.
1 double bedroom, with a queen size bed and a complete bathroom with shower en-suite.
1 bedroom with twin beds.
1 bedroom with twin beds.
Shared bathroom with shower.
Laundry facility with washing machine.
The outdoor is even more attractive, with its 2 terraces, a gorgeous pool all equipped with sun beds and outdoor furniture for al fresco meal and a large sofa that will allow guests to get the best of the outdoor area especially in the warmest days.

Beautiful terrace with a swimming pool of 10mx5m which can be fenced for children on request. Panoramic sea view.

Beaches, clear waters, food, flea markets, festivals and an international atmosphere: everything will make you fall in love with Ibiza. Thanks to these characteristics, in fact, the island meets and satisfies the most varied needs and tastes.
Rental rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights; 7 nights in July and August.
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 20:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
late check-in 20:00–00:00 = 120 EUR; 00:00–09:00 = 180 EUR
A security deposit of 3000 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Included in price: Electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance and swimming pool. One cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels every week.
Extras with charges: cot € 10 per day, highchair € 5,00 per booking, reservations fee € 30 per booking.
Final cleaning: € 300 to pay upon arrival

We can offer assistance and suggestions for any kind of interesting activities, such as excursions, boat tours, cooking experiences and much more.
