Yes, we are happy to offer a complimentary golf cart for your stay at our wonderful Villa. Also, if you book with us for a minimum of 12 weeks we will also include a fitness center membership, which includes swimming/water fitness classes at the Resort Pool.

The screened lanai with a ceiling fan, is a favored place to curl up and read a good book, drink your morning coffee, or entertain guests.

If you are tired of spending your winter in the cold and gray, come to Burnt Store Marina where you can partake in outstanding boating, fishing, golfing, fitness center, Pickle ball, tennis, and the weekly farmers market. The community is situated on the banks of Charlotte Harbor and only 11 nautical miles to the Gulf of Mexico. This is where you will find this charming waterside community that is centrally located along the sunset coast between Sarasota and Naples. Only 15 minutes to either Publix, the local grocery store to the north (or south), then a little further and you will be in lovely downtown Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. To the south you will find the quaint town of Matlacha on Pine Island, the great beaches of Cape Coral/Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.

Additional interior appointments include raised panel cabinetry, solid surface counters, and attractive pendant lighting accenting the breakfast/entertainment bar. Plantation shutters, a California Closet, and King sized bed are in the master suite. There is a queen in the second Bedroom with a pair of twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Both the master suite and the queen room have a desk to help keep you organized while you are away from home.
