This dog friendly, cozy split plan home is in a quiet neighborhood. It is located on a deep water sailboat canal and has a heated screened pool for winter swimming - minutes from Charlotte Harbor then a nice ride out to the Gulf of Mexico. House has a 2-car garage and boat lift; it is close to town, some guests walk it. We have a weekly Saturday farmer's market. Punta Gorda boasts many restaurants to choose from and many are dog friendly. Hounds on Henry 1/2 mile from the home is the perfect dog park for your dog to exercise at. FREE bicycles, helmets and bike locks available at Laishley Park, about 2 miles from the home. Our community has a beautifully maintained bike path along Charlotte Harbor and several other bike paths in town. We are minutes from local, grocery stores and the super Walmart. The Punta Gorda airport is under 15 minutes away.
