Located just 1 km from the charming village of Noves in Provence, the property is nestled among agricultural fields, surrounded by apple and pear orchards. Interior: Simple elegance

The generous spaces and high ceilings create a wonderful sense of openness and light throughout the house. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with a beautiful antique fireplace, and a spacious open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped and leads directly to a large dining table. There is also a first shower room on this level. All bedrooms are located upstairs and come with air conditioning for optimal comfort. A second shower room is also available on the first floor.

One of the property’s main highlights is its large pool house, perfectly equipped with a second full kitchen, dining area, lounge space and even a TV. The entire space is air-conditioned, making it enjoyable even during the hottest hours of the day. The pool house opens directly onto the spacious private swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth: 1.50 m), which features a shallow beach area perfect for young children, mood lighting, and a saltwater treatment system. A pétanque court is also available for fun games with friends or family.
