Welcome to our attic apartment in Valtournenche — a special place where you’ll instantly feel at home, far from the chaos… yet close to everything that truly matters.

Spacious (90 sqm), bright, and completely renovated, it’s the perfect nest for families or groups of friends looking for nature, adventure, and relaxation.
The real highlight? A 35 sqm panoramic terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun, read a book wrapped in alpine silence, or raise a glass at sunset after a day on the trails or slopes.

Just steps away, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable and authentic stay: cafés, restaurants, shops, a library, swimming pool, sauna, gym, tennis courts, and even a climbing wall.
And for stress-free travel, right outside the door there’s a bus stop with direct routes to Milan and Turin, a free ski bus, and free public parking.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (please note: no elevator), but the climb is more than rewarded by space, light, and panoramic views.

Great Apartment

Thanks for a great stay, small but very cozy.Please note, no lift so book a ski locker.Thank again, Ricardo was a great property manager. Even cancelled the cleaner on the last day for us and let us stay all day as our flights were late.

Half term ski holiday

The apartment is spacious and well located for the restaurants and ski bus in Valtournenche (runs every 10-15 mins). Parking is free and opposite so also easy. Would definitely book again and recommend.

We had a great stay!

Everything was great! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the village 's center and the view absolutely stunning. The village is small, but wonderful. A very nice appartment, cosy and traditional. We would only like more sanitary products and kitchen paper. We absolutely reccomend it.

Very nice house with beautiful view

The house was clean and new .Very close to ski slope Valtournenche ,close to highway and Milan.We liked all the region Valle de Aosta.The house is located in center of Valtournenche close to restaurants and small supermarket .Fracesca has very nice .Thank you Francesca.We hope to return soon.

Christmas stay in Valtournenche

Our family of six really enjoyed this spacious apartment with the added bonus of a large roof terrace and an additional roomy balcony. There were no surprises about the apartment being situated on the fifth floor. We had no issues with the stairs although this could be a challenge for some guests. However, there are terrific views from the apartment and it is well worth the ascent. The apartment is very well located for transport to the slopes and for the town, generally.

Such fabulous views from the patio balcony! Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment very much. Varvello was always quick to respond to our questions and everything went smoothly, even when because of our flight cancellation we arrived 12 hours late (!) our son and friends, staying close by whom arrived on time travelling by a different airline, collected the keys and linens etc with no fuss for us. It made a stressful time so much better, thank you. Also because there was no one going into the apartment the day we left we were allowed an extra couple of hours to check out which was really VERY helpful as our flight was not until the evening, again thank you SO much .The cosy apartment has an alpine feel, it is up 8 flights of stairs (on 4th floor) but the views make up for that, you can see up the valley to the Matterhorn and down the valley to the lake, surrounded by mountains, just stunning. There is a free car park just opposite which we never had a problem finding a space in even on busy weekend days. There are restaurants, pharmacy, shops very close by as well as a small supermarket and ski hire only a few doors up, there is a larger supermarket 10 mins drive down the valley and bigger ones in the old Roman town of Aosta 45 mins drive if you are visiting there, (it is well worth a visit with a beautiful town, Roman ruins, museums, shops and restaurants plus lots more). Only short walk up to the village centre are more bars, cafes and restaurants. The ski bus goes to and from the ski areas from the car park or it is only 5 mins by car to Valtournenche ski area with stunning views and spectacular skiing, or another 10 mins past that up to Cervinia with many skiing options all under the majestic Matterhorn! It is a lovely little town as well. We also drove for a days skiing at Pila, worth the 1hr.30 mins drive, views on the way up the mountain are amazing and again skiing is great. Close by is Pont Saint Martin a lovely town near by with a Roman bridge and a great place for lunch, there are all kinds of castles dotted all the way along the valley, some ruins others one can visit and tour.So much to do!TV has a few English speaking news channels and the washing machine was very useful.The small kitchen is well equipped.Have to pre order and pay for bed linen and towels on arrival.Only feedback we would give: more cushions would be nice in lounge, tea towels in kitchen and more chairs(only1) and a table outside with a BBQ (that was in photos under a lean to but has gone now).

L’appartamento è comodo e funzionale, dotato di numerosi comfort adatti ad ogni stagione. Idoneo ad alloggiare fino a sei persone in tre camere da letto, di cui due matrimoniali e una con letto a castello, dispone di ampio soggiorno vivibile e splendida terrazza con vista panoramica sulla valle. Situato all’ingresso del paese, risulta vicino ai principali esercizi commerciali e prossimo ad un grande posteggio gratuito. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e professionali, attenti alla gestione della locazione e molto disponibili per ogni evenienza
