Spacious and modern 2 bedroom bungalow, freshly decorated, perfect for 4, close to Inverness city centre with free off road parking for 2 vehicles. Explore the rich history of Inverness and surrounding areas, with castles, beautiful scenery and Loch Ness all within a short driving distance of this charming home.
Situated in a quiet residential area just a 15 minute level walk to the city centre, you can easily immerse yourself in the thriving music scene and culture that our city has to offer. You will find plenty to keep you entertained with it’s large selection of bars, restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Several supermarkets within a short walk and the Caledonian canal a leisurely 5 minute stroll.
The property comprises a relaxing lounge with 50” smart TV, two bedrooms with one bed in each room (one with a UK King (USA Queen) and one with a Double ( USA Full)) with plenty of storage, full size dining room, well equipped galley kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a large rainfall shower (no bath).
Outdoor dining set available on the large deck overlooking the grassed back garden.
Complimentary starter pack of coffee pods (TASSIMO), tea bags, sugar and milk pods also dishwasher tabs/laundry pods. All linens, towels, toilet roll, basic cleaning products and premium hand soaps will be provided.
Check in from 3pm and checkout by 11am, flexibity may be possible with prior arrangement.

The property was exactly as shown, really clean, very nicely furnished and we really liked how well equipped the kitchen was. Great location away from the downtown area in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the downtown core. We had a great 5 night stay and would recommend it to anybody looking for a vacation rental in Inverness.

Great jumping off point for Inverness

Nice, clean location to stay for Inverness area. Home is clean, cozy and convenient walking distance to town. Area is quiet, parking is perfect. Unexpected amenity was the back yard and patio for pleasant sit and chat.

This was the most perfect stay of our entire trip. The house was in a great quiet area with easy walking distance to the supermarket and hiking as well as downtown. The hosts were extremely communicative and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Inverness.

Could not fault the communication before we arrived at the property. Everything was clear and concise.My husband and I were trying to find a property we could take my 81yr old mother to. Mobility issues needed to be taken into account. The property worked beautifully for us. Faultlessly clean, fresh & a very well equipped kitchen.A short trip to town, with shops nearby for any essentials required.Lots to do in the area and a thoroughly enjoyable 6 night stay.

Amazing home in Inverness!

Just great. Amazing place, quiet location, easy parking and walking into town. Spotless interior and super comfortable. Felt very safe. Easy drive to/from airport or coming into Inverness on the roads. Appliances easy to use, intro book and maps very comprehensive. I'd certainly stay again!

What a wonderful home in which to enjoy Inverness! Callum & Jessie’s home is the best experience I have ever had. The Fairfield Bungalow is a fabulous home. The house is well appointed, beautifully decorated, and in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of the city center. I could honestly move right in and only bring my clothes! Communication ahead of the stay was thorough and clear. If you are looking for a stay in Inverness and this gorgeous home is available, book now! Best stay ever!!!

Beautiful Home

This was by far the best place we stayed in during our time in Scotland. Excellent location for walking into town. Very comfortable bedrooms and living room. Spotlessly clean. Super organized kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Lovely back garden to sit in. Manual with instructions on how to operate everything.Calum and Jessie were excellent and prompt with communication. Went the extra mile and sent a tea cosy for the teapot for us tea drinkers. Highly recommend.Definitely a 10/10

They thought of everything

From the bristly door mat to the pizza cutter to the drying rack, every detail was thought of! This property was in beautiful shape and near as a pin. Had a wonderful stay.
