My wife and I have been vacationing in Daytona Beach for many years. We used to rent different places. in 2012 we decided to buy a condo at one of the best buildings in Daytona Beach Shores, the Ashley building.

The Ashley building location is ideal for anyone who wants a quite area and less busy beach. located at the southern part of Daytona Beach Shores, it is one building away from the no-drive beach. Mean time , it is not far from downtown Daytona Beach and the board walk.
The Ashley building is a popular building among vacationers in this area. it has earned a reputation of being guest friendly. building staff and residents give it a family oriented feel. The building has tight security and access control from every entrance. Garage door, garage access to building, pool entrance, main entrance and beach gate ar all access controlled for the safety of guests and residents. As one of my gets discribed it " it feels like a fortress".
We chose this unit (204) which is in the center stack of the building because it has the best ocean view, unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean which spans ~20 miles from Ponce inlet to Ormond beach
