Surrounded by over 300 century-old olive trees and set on a private 4-acre estate, the property offers a perfect blend of tradition, style, and modern comfort.

Every detail reflects authentic local architecture, including vaulted and star-shaped ceilings, hand-painted ceramic tiles, and a beautiful stone fireplace. Outdoors, guests can unwind in the stunning garden with a heated pool, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, spacious patio, and a large covered veranda with a fireplace and second kitchen — perfect for al fresco dining and relaxing in the Mediterranean sun.

Inside, the villa includes a cozy living room with fireplace and sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (two with double beds – one en-suite with additional pouf-bed, and one with bunk beds), plus a guest bathroom and a second full bathroom for the second double bedroom.

All rooms have independent air conditioning and underfloor heating, plus high-speed Wi-Fi (250MB/s) both inside and outdoors, two SMART TVs with Netflix, remote-controlled electric gate, perimeter alarm system, and a video intercom.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire property (except for the underground technical pool room).
