Spacious Villa with large private pool in olive groves

Our spacious 3 bedroom villa is set amid olive groves and fruit trees for peace and tranquillity. There are sunny and shady areas to relax and sunbathe, as well as a magnificent swimming pool - where our children learnt to dive. We added a pool bar in 2024 with poolside fridge and amenities. We love to cook at our stone BBQ in the evenings, then sit outside sipping the local Salento wines. The beautiful town of Ostuni is just visible from the roof terrace and is a short drive away, with shops, restaurants and more.

The space
The house is composed of 3 bedrooms (two with queen-size beds, one twin), 1 family bathroom and two en-suites (all with shower and toilet), sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. There is air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and a fan in the picturesque “trullo” bedroom, which remains cool throughout the summer.
There’s a modern kitchen with fridge, gas oven, dishwasher and microwave; plus a large freezer and a washing machine for guest use within an outside store room.
The cool and spacious open plan lounge/dining room features comfortable furnishings and a long table that’s ideal for family dining. There is a 48 inch TV with Sky, and a DVD player. We provide a selection of books (including guide books) and popular games plus a comprehensive collection of English language DVD’s for guest use. At the front of the villa is a spacious covered veranda with table and chairs for dining and relaxing, with an al-fresco dining area just by our stone BBQ. A roof terrace with distant sea views is reached via stone steps.

One of the villa highlights is a large and fully fenced and paved swimming pool 14m x 7m with diving board and lights. The pool and terraces are illuminated for evening relaxing and swimming. There’s plenty of paved sun terrace around the pool for secluded sunbathing and relaxing, with sun umbrellas and loungers provided. We also added a pool bar in 2024 with fridge for easy access to poolside drinks! We provide all linen, bathroom and beach towels and include the use of Electricity, Air- Conditioning, use of water and Gas, as well as good Wi-Fi within the villa and poolside.

Guest access
When you stay at Villa Tamburroni, the house, pool and outside areas are yours for the period of your stay. There's parking in our gated forecourt for up to 3 vehicles. Since the property is surrounded by gated walls it is also ideal for pets.

Other things to note
While all the amenities of local towns (Ostuni and Carovigno) are less than 15 minutes away by car, the villa is in the country for perfect peace. You will need a car to drive into town. See our great guest reviews on our UK website.
