The independent entrance with a private outdoor area of approximately 15 square metres. The flat is located in a more secluded position and is an ideal choice for couples or small families, situated in a quiet and well-kept setting. Inside, the environment is bright and functional: the living room has a fully equipped kitchenette and smart TV. A short flight of 10 steps leads to the sleeping area, consisting of a spacious double bedroom with en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a second smart TV.
