This charming single-level house for up to 10 guests is located in a quiet residential area of Sant Cebrià de Vallalta, surrounded by nature and ideal for stress-free holidays. Enjoy a private swimming pool with sun loungers, a well-kept garden, a furnished terrace, and a barbecue area (subject to local fire regulations). Free Wi-Fi is available, and pets up to 10 kg are welcome.

The interior includes a living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 4 bedrooms: three with double beds (one with an additional bunk bed), and one with two single beds—perfect for families or groups. The house offers peaceful mountain views and is just a short drive from the beach. Bedding, towels, internet access, and final cleaning are included in the price.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. Check-in is from 4–7 p.m. at the Lloret de Mar office or directly at the house for an extra fee. Late arrivals are available with a surcharge. A tourist tax of €1/night per person 16+ (max 7 nights) applies. Guests must leave the house tidy, and additional cleaning or key replacement fees may apply. Parties, smoking, and noise after 10 p.m. are not allowed.
