Apartment well appointed with new furniture and appliances. Electric heaters and fire made it cosy and warm, even with minus outside. Towels and bedding supplied. Shops a stones throw away and just one street back from the prom

気になった点 : 清潔度、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
From arrival it was awful. Smelly overfull bins in a dirty unkept front area. Through the main entrance door a strong smell of damp. Into the property and wow dirty everywhere, on the walls was food residue along with woodwork and skirting boards and fireplace. Then the sitting room was exactly the same plus the soft furnishings covered in food and drink spillages. A huge damp patch on the wall with black mould clearly visible and bare wires behind the door. The bathroom light did not work and to be honest by this point I had stopped looking to hard. The outside at the rear of the property Was a disgrace along with a badly damaged door. The host was a company that would only keep answering we will send a cleaner but couldn't say when. VRBO did there best to sort the issue. As far as I was concerned the property was a health hazard and as so was uninhabitable which led to the conclusion that we would not stay in the property.
