Great stay and perfect location! The room was very nice, and customer support replied instantly. We absolutely loved the morning breakfast with fresh pastries, juice, and coffee on the beautiful veranda. It was a lovely surprise. Thank you for a wonderful time!

A good starting point for exploring Porto Modern, clean, practical design. Perfect for a few days in the city. Well located! Breakfast is inexplicably only served with sweets, which I really don't understand because you can see that they put a lot of effort into proper preparation. A few slices of ham, cheese or some vegetables would improve the enjoyment. A microwave would also be useful.

We recommend accommodation and we recommend Porto. It is wonderful :) : Beautiful decor, everything new, clean. Beautiful terrace and kitchen. We had everything we needed for breakfast. The surprise was that there was always something sweet waiting in the kitchen - a muffin, croissant and fruit. Capsules for the coffee machine were also in abundance. It was great that there was a water dispenser. Very close to Lidl. Direct access from the accommodation to the airport- metro, which was a super plus for us. You can take a longer walk to the centre and admire the city, so you don't rely solely on public transport. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, but I think not only :) There was a shortage of cutlery during the day, it's a shame there aren't a few left in a drawer in the kitchen. I think it would be nice if there was a possibility to use an iron, because when travelling with a backpacker, often clothes don't look the best after pulling them out, and there would certainly be room for it in the downstairs cabinets :)

: The building itself is very charming, with well-decorated social areas, and the room is nice and spacious. The location is excellent. I would have given the stay a 10 if I hadn't booked with "breakfast" included. Coffee, bread and butter are not breakfast. There was no yoghurt, cheese or any of the other basics expected even in a simple café. I recommend that the accommodation be more realistic about the breakfast offered. As we only stayed two nights, it didn't bother us that much, but on a longer stay we would certainly have opted to buy something at the market or eat out. We had a few problems trying to get into the accommodation, as the codes sent by email didn't match the external access panel. However, when we rang the number provided, we were answered promptly and the problem was quickly resolved. Setbacks happen, and what determines satisfaction is how they are resolved, and in this the accommodation was effective.
