An excellent choice in Ponta Delgada : Cleanliness, brightness, amenities (crockery, tea, coffee, laundry facilities), spacious bathroom, balcony. Location: on a side street, but noisy due to being on the ground floor.

Location. Close to everything. Room with all amenities including fridge, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, first aid kit. Tea, coffee and biscuits. Since there is no cleaning for stays under 7 nights, they leave more than one bath towel which is quite good. Smell of damp in the room

A very good experience : The location is quite good in relation to the city centre. As for the flat, I’d highlight how clean it was and the provision of kitchenware, which allowed for a degree of ‘independence’ when it came to cleaning and whipping up a quick meal thanks to the microwave and kettle. It also comes with crockery such as plates, cutlery and glasses. The shower seemed to have drainage issues. On the other hand, the musty smell can be a bit unpleasant at times.

Le logement est propre et récent pour 18 m2 . C’est super . Cependant pas très pratique si on a des grosses valises pour les monter au deuxième étage ou au dernier étage. On ne peut pas stationner le véhicule dans la rue et aucune place n’est prévue même payante .il faut donc faire le tour du pater de maison ou trouver une place sur le parking gratuit à 600 mètres qui est vite saturé.
