Located just 50 meters from the sandy beach, this spacious 86 m² apartment features three comfortable bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of up to six guests. With sweeping sea views and a peaceful, family-friendly setting, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm.

The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a private terrace with garden furniture. The open-plan kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with a view. Guests also have access to four seasonal swimming pools in the complex (available for an additional fee).

Conveniently located near a supermarket and just a short drive from the Peralada golf course, Figueres AVE/TGV station, and Girona Airport, this apartment is a great base for exploring the Costa Brava.
