This newly renovated one-bedroom flat combines charm and comfort in a quiet, central setting. The living room opens directly onto a private terrace where you can enjoy meals, sunbathe, or relax after exploring the city. The bedroom offers a queen-size bed with premium linens, and the sofa bed adds flexibility for extra guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is sleek and modern. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV complete the experience.

The Neighborhood:

Located on Avenida da República, one of Gaia’s most vibrant avenues, the apartment is steps away from local shops, cafés, and the metro. The Douro riverbanks and Porto’s historic centre are just across the bridge, making it easy to experience both sides of the city.
