BEST of Nicholasville!

We recently finished remodeling this spacious ranch home in Nicholasville Ky and are extremely excited to share it with future guests. It looks brand new on the inside and has an awesome oasis in the backyard when the weather is nice. It is close to all the great things to do in Lexington including Keeneland, the Bourbon Trail and the University of Kentucky. Mattresses are top of the line and will ensure you have a very comfortable stay.

The sunroom in the back of the house is connected to our enclosed backyard where our guests will find a koi pond and quiet and peace.

3 Bedrooms. Two with Cali king mattress and 1 with a full size trundle bed with twin bed that rolls out from underneath.

A fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious area in the living room will ensure your group will have a wonderful stay.

Please kindly remove shoes when inside the home to prevent wear and tear.

Please no smoking in the home or back sun room. Outside the home is permitted if smoking evidence is disposed of properly. We do not have an ashtray on site.

Smart TV in the living room for streaming on Netflix and Amazon Prime if you have your own personal login. The living room TV and 2 bedrooms (Master bedroom and bedroom 1) both have access to basic cable using antenna that are set up.

No pets are permitted on the property.

Visit kids and grand

The place served our purposes very well. It was very nice and clean. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We need to stay at this place in the summer so we can enjoy the enclosed porch.

Comfortable Stay

We were so comfortable during our stay here. The house had everything we could need. It is located in a nice subdivision and close to stores and restaurants. The hosts do a great job keeping this place up and communicating with guests.

Enjoyment

The property was really outstanding. It was located near some good restaurants and shopping. A very quiet neighborhood. The sunroom was wonderful! I would recommend this place to have a more homelike stay than a hotel!

The home was as listed. There was sufficient space for my husband and I, our son and his family (wife and two children ages 9&11). The home was clean decorated well. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided.

Great House

We visit family and nicholasville every year and this was the first year we didn't stay at a relative's house. The rental property was perfect for our family of five, and had everything we needed. The owners communicated perfectly, and we had zero issues during our stay. My daughter looked forward to feeding the fish everyday. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Visiting Lexington Area

This home is great place to stay while visiting the Lexington area or going to the races at Keeneland. It has all the comforts of "home" especially comfortable beds, an up-to-date master shower, TVs, an enclosed porch, and a back yard that has a variety of plants, birds and a Koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to some of the top restaurants in the area.
