This place was perfect for our recent family trip to Nicholasville. Close proximity to everything! One of the things we appreciated were the rules of taking off your shoes before entering, that gave us the first clue for how clean we should expect the house (and a personal preference). Would love to stay here again for a future visit!

This was our second time staying at this property. The hosts are easy to communicate with and the house is stocked with everything you might need. The kids love the toys in the kid's bedroom and feeding the Koi fish. We plan on staying here whenever we visit family in Nicholasville.

The kitchen was indeed fully functional for cooking and the rooms were very clean, comfortable with an awesome sunroom and back porch. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable with great amenities. Location was extremely convenient to restaurants, shopping, grocery, etc.We really enjoyed our stay and very convenient to stay while on the Bourbon trail!

Great Location for Visiting Lexington Area

This home is great place to stay while visiting the Lexington area or going to the races at Keeneland. It has all the comforts of "home" especially comfortable beds, an up-to-date master shower, TVs, an enclosed porch, and a back yard that has a variety of plants, birds and a Koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to some of the top restaurants in the area.

The property was really outstanding. It was located near some good restaurants and shopping. A very quiet neighborhood. The sunroom was wonderful! I would recommend this place to have a more homelike stay than a hotel!
