Enjoyed our stay

This was a convenient location. Close to Galloping Goose free bus and also easy walk to downtown and the free Gondola. We enjoyed the hot tub on our site ski legs. Perfect size for 2 people.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient

Well-appointed property that was perfect for the two of us. Great location with easy walks for groceries, historic Telluride shops and restaurants, and the free gondola to Mountain Village.

Perfect quite location next to the creek. Very comfy bed and great kitchen with all needed supplies.

The pool being closed was the only downside. Otherwise everything was excellent.

Cute and cozy apartment

Convenient location. Loved being near the river path and close to everything. Shower is great but configuration is tight. Kitchen is nice and updated but no oven. Overall a wonderful place to explore Telluride from.

Perfect for us us!

Great Location!

Super convenient! Galloping Goose can you take you to town or drop you off from town. Also a picturesque walk! Close to Wine Mine and There… (great cocktails and food) and Siam for Thai food. Ski lift and rentals are a few minutes down the path! Place is perfect for a couple! Kitchen is well stocked with all essentials and more! Great communication with host!

Very nice place.

Very nice place with all updated appliances, very nice bathroom, and king size bed. It was extremely cold outside during our stay and the heating units struggled to get the room temperature to 70 degrees. The electric fireplace in the living area did not work - the heating unit would not stay on. We did not call the management company so it’s not their fault. I would definitely recommend this place for two people.

So So close to perfect. Still worth 5 stars

Incredibly appointed and clean. Didn't miss a beat from organic hair products to dishwashing soap. Everything high end. Clean Clean Clean. Felt snug as a bug and the location is perfect. The only thing and it's the only thing, since its on the first floor there was no view from inside and for the sake of privacy, we were hesitate to open shades. Fortunately, they open from the top as well to let in light.

Perfect location and cute place!

We enjoyed our "home away from home"! It was clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the uplifiting colors of the artwork - especially now when the world needs all the brightness it can get! We really loved being able to park the Jeep and walk to where ever we wanted - it was close to downtown, but far enough away to be out of the traffic and quiet. We were just a few feet away from the hot tub and pool - very convenient! There was a nice set of patio furniture near the front door - so we could sit outside in comfort - with some appetizers and a cocktail! There is a wonderful trail that runs along the creek behind the property - and it leads into town. Beautiful walk and again - very convenient. The pretty tabletop "fireplace" was fun - and added an extra specialness to the room. We highly recommend. Communication with our property manager was excellent - Thank you!

Great Location!

The Viking Lodge is ideally located in Telluride! It's close to Lift 7 and everything in town is walking distance. If it's raining/storming, the Galloping Goose shuttle will take you all over town. This condo is cute as a button and the photos reflect that. We had a great few days there! Pros: - Great location - Great kitchenette; perfect for hubby, daughter and me - Clean floors, kitchen and bathroom - Nice extras - shampoo lotion, cooking spices and cookware - Nice closet and storage in the master - Britta pitcher in the fridge was nice; didn't have to buy bottled water. - There is a cute covered patio that would be fantastic to use in the summer time! For us, it was a great place to sit to put on/remove our ski boots! - The Master Bed linens were really nice - perfect weight! - We were toasty warm even with snow falling outside! Cons: - The description says the kitchen has full sized appliances. This is not true and the statement should be removed from the listing: The fridge is European size; the dishwasher and stove are small. There is no true oven. This was not an issue for us, but it could be a concern for others. - The couch in the family room is not very comfy. - The blankets for the hide-a-bed should be upgraded (the sheets were fine!). - The master bed is a bit worn out and should be upgraded. We can't wait to come back to Telluride!

Great Condo with Great Location

Husband and I enjoyed our 5 night stay at this cute condo that was clean and cozy! 7 minute walk to gondola (to Mountain Village), 5-10 min walk to downtown with several shops and restaurants and a cute creek side trail that we took walks along. Used Ski Valet at base which made tho gs much easier with boots and equipment. Loved the first floor location and parking was easy. The closets were perfect for storing our clothes. They even left a bday card and a bottle of wine for my husband (we were there celebrating his bday). Would stay here again!

The condo was very clean with nearly all of the amenities one could ask for. We particularly loved the dresser with plenty of drawers, hangers, and a shoe rack. The condo also seemed to have been renovated recently, so all of the appliances were up to date and sharp. I would recommend this condo building and especially unit to anyone who asks.

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
