We really enjoyed our stay with GuestReady Porto. The apartment was a good size with a nice open plan lounge and kitchen area. The bedrooms were all spacious and had AC units. The apartment had all the key facilities we needed for a comfortable stay and the hosts were very helpful and responsive, giving us information on local attractions and restaurants. The location was around 25 mins walk from the main tourist areas but there is a great market nearby and a very handy shopping centre. The only reason for the 4 stars was because the apartment was not as clean as we expected. We found a pair of old socks under one of the sofa cushions and the kitchen had spillages and units/ doors with finger stains that were not cleaned. The stairway was also dimly lit as some wall lights did not work. However, overall we had a very nice time so thanks to the hosts for making us feel welcome during our stay.

We strive to provide all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay and are glad you appreciated our efforts. It’s also great to know you made the most of the nearby market and shopping center. We sincerely apologize for the cleaning oversights you encountered. Rest assured, the cleanliness issue and the dim lighting in the stairway have been addressed to prevent future occurrences. We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving our services. We look forward to welcoming you back for an even more enjoyable stay. Best regards, GuestReady Team
