Family Christmas

Everything was excellent. This property has it all. Very roomy, comfy, and classy... all the amenities a family could need. The location is great... hottub, pool table, laundry, and large living room and adjoining den was great for opening gifts. TV's in every room was awesome during bowl season. Highly recommend

Spring Training & Golf

Overall the stay was wonderful. Communication with host was helpful and timely. The house lived up to expectations and conveniently had a grocery store just a couple of blocks away (easily walkable). We also had a couple guys with later flights on our last day and the host (while not expected or always available) allowed us a flexibly later checkout time which was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing from start to finish.

The owners were more than hospitable with the home, check-in and out times and providing accurate and punctual information. I arranged a golf weekend with 5 friends and we all had plenty of room, house was amazingly clean and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the home and all of its accommodations. Location was great for golf courses, restaurants, hiking and everything in between. We all had a fantastic time and wouldn't think twice about going back. Thank you for such a great vacay!

Reasonable rates for 5 bedroom stay

This is a nice house and amenities are perfect for a large family. It’s not the newest or most modern, but location is convenient & putting range/pool table/hottub are cool. Hottub and showers were nice and hot. Few minor issues (missing remote, window blind) were dealt with quickly by building manager.

Annual Golf Trip

Rob was helpful with check-in/out communication BEFORE our visit. Helpful assistance along with reassuring we booked the right place. This year marked 15 years of booking an annual golf trip to AZ. We search high and low for safe and convenient access to golf courses, night life and restaurants. This location won't disappoint. The house was VERY clean. Another benefit included 4 individual bedrooms with comfortable beds in ALL rooms. Rob made this an easy stay for us. It was great to have prompt communication during our stay. Look no further, book this house for an easy and comfortable stay.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This past weekend was amazing. The house was perfect for our group. Extremely clean and well taken care of. The plethora of couches for daytime relaxing was nice. The amount of beds and overall space was great. Management was very helpful too when a breaker accidentally popped, the response was quick and helpful, even offering to come over to assist if we had further issues. Over all 10/10 and would 10000% recommend this rental again. The location was ideal too, only 5 minutes to old town and like 20 minutes to some of our planned activities outside of scottsdale. couldn't imagine a better weekend. Thank you

Weekend away

Visited Scottsdale for a wedding weekend with family. Located close to Royal Palms Resort wedding venue. Slept 10 comfortably with plenty to do during downtime: pool table, mini golf green, jacuzzi, fire pit. Property manager was quick to respond and deal with refrigerator issue. TV's in every room and plenty of space in kitchen.

Weekend in Scottsdale

Great location and accessibility to Scottsdale, Phoenix and the airport. The house was very clean with lots of room and great yard. The property manager was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Great for golf trip

This place was great for our golf trip. Had enough rooms and beds for us to have enough space, and the pool table, hot tub, and putting green made relaxing at the house fun. There were also TVs in nearly every room, which you dont see all the time and was appreciated.

Perfect for large group

Great house and location. Came in WMPO and it housed a large group easily. Putting green, propane fire, and hot tub in the back yard was definitely the hangout spot. Clean with towels, shampoo, body wash, etc all included. Would absolutely stay again. Host was easy to contact and responsive to any questions

Perfect for a large family!

Thanksgiving in Scottsdale

Our family gathered here for Thanksgiving and the birth of our grandson. The house was just what we needed. Well kept and clean with comfortable bedrooms, large social spaces, and some entertainment (pool table and putting green). The location was great very close to Old Town. We had some difficulty with a malfunctioning front door lock but this was resolved after communicating with Rob and Kai. Overall, two thumbs up and would definitely stay here again.
