The house was as described and a comfortable town home to stay a couple nights in. The location was good for what we wanted, it was clean, and check-in/out was easy. We appreciated the simple instructions.

Property was clean and comfortable for the 6 of us. Laundry as well as stove and grill were fully functional and appreciated. Liquid dish soap dispenser did not work. There should be an alternative. Didn’t realize there were board games until near the end of our stay which was a bummer. Did not use pool so really could not rate that.

Hello Christine, thank you for staying with us and for your feedback. Games are described in our listing description, but we see how that could be missed and we will create an additional sign inside the property. Upon inspection of the dish soap dispenser we were able to find out the feeding tube was pulled out from the bottle most likely by the previous guest - we apologize for the inconvenience, and can only wish we had been informed to direct you to the back up supplies. We have placed additional instructions to encourage guests to contact us if things are not working as expected. Your feedback is very valuable as is helping us to improve - we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay here. The location is excellent—an easy walk to Old Town Scottsdale while still feeling quiet, safe, and relaxed. Having Sprouts and other shops directly across the street was very convenient, and parking right outside the door made everything easy.The home exceeded our expectations. The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. The décor is beautiful, everything was sparkling clean, and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. It worked perfectly for our group of 8 with three full bathrooms and multiple TVs so everyone had space to relax.The kitchen deserves special mention—it’s the most well-equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental. As someone who loves to cook, I loved the smart gas range, large refrigerator, and all the appliances available: rice cooker, multiple coffee makers, Ninja blender, air fryer, slow cooker, mixer, baking molds, and even a masticating juicer. Everything looked brand new.The grounds and pool area looked great—very clean and inviting, though we didn’t get to use the pool since we only stayed one night.David was extremely responsive and accommodating when we booked last minute. Communication was excellent.We would absolutely stay here again—our only complaint is that we wish we had stayed longer!

La casa superó nuestras expectativas: es incluso más bonita y mucho más espaciosa de lo que muestran las fotos. Los tres baños completos hacen una gran diferencia y aportan muchísima comodidad, especialmente cuando se viaja en grupo o en familia. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de Fashion Square Mall, a menos de una cuadra de TJ Maxx, Sprouts y Whole Foods, a solo 6 minutos de un Walmart muy grande, y a 10 minutos del zoológico, los jardines botánicos y el casino. Además, Old Town Scottsdale está a solo unas cuatro cuadras, lo cual fue un gran plus. Todo estaba impecable, muy bien cuidado, y David fue un anfitrión extraordinario: siempre respondió de inmediato y además en español, lo cual hizo nuestra estancia todavía más fácil y agradable. Sin duda, una propiedad totalmente recomendable
