Ideal for couples or families, it combines comfort, central location and typical Ligurian atmosphere. Restaurants, shops and the station are all within easy walking distance. Experience Alassio with style and practicality! Private garage 10 minutes\' walk from the flat.

The apartment features:

Bright and cosy, it consists of a double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and dining area. Ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the narrow streets of the historic centre.

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and all the utensils you need to cook for yourself.

Bedroom

Large double bedroom with comfortable bed, wardrobe, TV, Wi-Fi and basic furnishings. A quiet and cool room for optimal rest.

Modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. It is important to inform guests that, in accordance with Italian law, we cannot provide any type of food, including oil, salt and pepper. This is a professional flat and we strictly follow Italian regulations.
