The accommodation is located on the ground floor and opens onto the living area where there is an open kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, in addition to the kitchen there is also a dining table and a single bed that also serves as a sofa. The sleeping area consists of a queen-size bedroom. A modern bathroom with a shower stall completes the layout of the house.

The house overlooks the private outdoor space where it is possible to enjoy summer lunches and dinners; the space has green areas and an outdoor shower.
