THE HOUSE
An entire townhouse on one of the most celebrated addresses in Knightsbridge — arranged over three floors with a private entrance directly from the street. A small number of steps from street level leads to the raised ground floor. No shared lobbies. No communal corridors. The whole house is entirely yours.
Ground floor: A beautifully appointed reception room with solid hardwood and carpet floors, decorative fireplace, and a dining table seating 6. A high-spec kitchen with marble and glass worksurfaces, professional-grade appliances, and a breakfast bar — fully equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to a full dinner party. A king sofa bed always made up and ready to use — extra pillows and blankets provided.
First floor: The master bedroom has a super king bed, fitted wardrobes, Smart TV, and easy access to the private furnished terrace. The master bathroom is finished in full tile with a bath shower, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, toilet paper, and shaver charging point.
Lower ground floor: The second bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom with a large shower finished in tile, with the same full amenity specification.
Terrace: A private furnished terrace off the first floor with outdoor seating — a genuine rarity for a Knightsbridge townhouse of this quality, and one of the defining features of the house.
Throughout: Central heating, blackout blinds, hardwood and carpet floors, and fast Wi-Fi. Window AC units and fans during the warmer months.
